This is a very good video! I've been doing Olympic weightlifting for two years now and I've been focusing on technique pretty much 🙏

Perfect, I just started trying to teach myself weightlifting this week! Do you think 1 hour sessions 3-4 days a week is sufficient to drive adequate progress? Unfortunately my gym only allows for 1 hour bookings at a time. Which I feel really limits the volume and accessory work I can fit in.

Totally understandable situation. Our new weightlifting programs can generally be accomplished in around an hour without the accessories, and you could do a lot of the accessories at home afterwards! I often advise novices to train 3-4 days a week, which one of our programs offers.

It’s a really fun journey! Learning the technique is a good challenge but with consistency you can do it!

Suffering from arthritis again in my shoulder after I had surgery done in 2015 after an AC joint injury. Can you do a video on how to cope with arthritis and what it means for lifting weights? Started to get more and more pain when I started training 3-4 / week again. When I don't train at all I'm pain free.

We’ve got a handful of videos on arthritis which are a great start since they discuss load management options, which is often critical for this. You may benefit from doing a consultation with a physical therapist who is well versed in this to help guide you in modifying your training & movements to allow you to keep training/push your training

On the hasmtring slider thing, is there a specific reason as to why you only control the concentric instead of both ways, like a curl?

Can you make a video on feet angle and stance in squats. And about duck feet while walking/running. What causes it. How to rectify it?
